Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus, including specials and buffets
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
