Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at W.P.W. Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and decision-making.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized and revenue is maximized.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
