Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Sell products and services in a proactive and consultative manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the central office, local management, drivers, warehouse staff, account managers, and other business partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Build positive relationships with customers, key contacts, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Assist customers with shipping details and account issues
  • Scan, record, and reconcile all daily cargo transactions
  • Perform cash handling, including deposits and key control
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures (including uniform requirements)
  • Meet all safety standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet attendance and punctuality expectations
  • Live the values of CB Canada and represent them to customers and partners
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds and stand for 3-hour intervals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English and French)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Reliability, patience, and professionalism
  • 3-12 months of customer service experience (preferably)
  • 3-12 months of retail sales experience (preferably)
  • 3-12 months of technology or point-of-sale system experience (preferably)
