Job Description

The successful candidate will lead local support teams and outsourcing partners to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to IT standards and norms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a high-performance support team
  • Defining service catalog and service levels
  • Directing activities within the group and ensuring project delivery
  • Measuring and reporting on team performance
  • Maintaining equipment inventory and ensuring delivery targets
  • Implementing strategic vision and monitoring industry developments
  • Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships
  • Auditing user procedures and technical documentation

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science or specialized bachelor's degree in information technology
  • 10 years' relevant experience, including 5 as a service center manager
  • Successful relevant experience in user service outsourcing
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, O365, and equipment lifecycle management
  • ITIL and CoBit certification
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and French
  • Customer service and results-oriented
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
