About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Associate to join our team at IKO Industries Ltd. This role will be responsible for managing and fulfilling orders, working closely with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to ensure seamless order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipping dates using multiple Excel spreadsheets and a comprehensive dashboard for daily actions.
- Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers regarding order and shipment status.
- Develop strong customer relationships through regular site visits and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite order processing and resolve issues.
- Navigate a complex supply chain network consisting of 12 plants and 2 distribution centers.
- Utilize Excel to provide daily customer reports and verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to lead projects and improve processes.
Requirements
- High attention to detail for accurate order entry and reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes of emails and orders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
- College or university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships.
