Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:
The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, order entry, and verification to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Enter and verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, and special considerations.
- Monitor and update shipping dates, communicating updates and changes to internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare customer-related reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports.
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French.
- Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
- Good organization skills and ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders.
- Strong analytical skills and practical experience with detail-oriented order entry and research.
- College or university degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role in North America with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with JDE and Salesforce is an asset.
