Job Title: Territory Sales and Service Manager

About the Role:

As a Territory Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in the Toronto downtown area and surrounding regions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their cleaning and sanitizing requirements. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Toronto downtown area and surrounding regions
  • Provide customized solutions to meet customer cleaning and sanitizing needs
  • Drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination may be required based on client site requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous business-to-business commercial sales experience
  • Industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa
  • Mechanical problem-solving experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience)
