Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  2. Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  3. Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  4. Oversee kitchen personnel and assist in their daily tasks.
  5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  6. Coordinate and organize events such as buffets and banquets.
