About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Studio East. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Health and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Business Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including recruiting and hiring staff, and maintaining accurate records of business operations.
