About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pho Maniac Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers, while ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff to achieve high levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluency in English
