Hotel Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the hotel's operational needs.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
