Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hotel Clerk at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, offer general information about points of interest in the area, and assist guests with special needs.
- Payment and Billing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
