- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
