About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team at Enable International, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and performance optimization across our global operations. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in sales enablement, revenue strategy, and analytics leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion and profitability.
  • Oversee the enablement of sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, revenue strategy, and analytics leadership to ensure our organization remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue strategy, and analytics leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and performance optimization in a global organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
