Position Overview

The Sales Supervisor at Silver Time plays a crucial role in managing the sales team and ensuring operational efficiency. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate staff and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Sales Execution: Actively sell merchandise and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules to optimize team productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
