Afromarts Inc is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our sales team is well-coordinated and efficient in delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, managing various tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide a team of 3-4 sales associates.
- Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and create engaging displays for retail promotions and exhibitions.
- Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Must be prepared to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Permanent position with flexible working hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Free parking is available for employees.
