Position Overview

As a Sales Operations Supervisor at Browns Shoes, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail sales team. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with the primary language of communication being English.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment

This role is set within a dynamic retail business atmosphere, where you will be responsible for overseeing various sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff
  • Manage inventory and order merchandise
  • Authorize merchandise returns
  • Create and manage work schedules
  • Drive sales and customer engagement
  • Compile reports on sales performance and staffing
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain organized inventory systems
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities
  • Implement policy changes effectively
  • Handle cash management and payroll
  • Ensure stock availability
  • Review and analyze reports and communications
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of 11-15 individuals, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
