We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Team Leader to oversee our sales operations at Xpress Cellular Zone Inc. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth workflow and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will work in a wholesale retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and guide team members, including apprentices and sales associates.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Manage inventory orders and ensure product availability.
- Authorize product returns as necessary.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales activities.
- Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficiency.
Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
