Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Finance leader to join our team as Vice President of Finance. This is a key role that will drive the financial strategy and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of advanced financial reporting and modeling capabilities to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive rapid, responsible growth in 2025 and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Board members and investors, providing financial reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance leader in a growth-stage technology company.
  • Strong financial expertise, including FP&A, accounting, budgeting, and investor relations.
  • Experience managing a team of finance professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive quick, informed decisions with highly visible and accurate data.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
