Operations Training Manager at Restaurant Brands International

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is a leading global quick-service restaurant organization, proudly housing renowned brands such as TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS. The Operations Training Manager will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and will be tasked with the creation and upkeep of training resources for both Team Members and Managers. This position entails the development of eLearning modules, management of the LMS, and collaboration with various stakeholders to guarantee effective training implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement eLearning programs for onboarding and continuous education
  • Administer the Learning Management System and resolve any technical issues
  • Draft and evaluate training documentation
  • Perform needs assessments and advocate for the training framework
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure training coherence
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Tim Hortons

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, with a background in operations being advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proficiency in instructional design and project management
  • Strong skills in relationship building and problem resolution
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus
