The Operations Training Manager will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and will be tasked with the creation and upkeep of training resources for both Team Members and Managers. This position requires the development of eLearning modules, management of the LMS, and collaboration with various stakeholders to guarantee effective training execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement eLearning programs for new hires and continuous training
  • Administer the Learning Management System and resolve any technical issues
  • Draft and evaluate training documentation
  • Perform needs assessments and advocate for the training initiatives
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure training consistency
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Tim Hortons

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in training, with a background in operations being advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Exceptional communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in instructional design and project management
  • Strong skills in relationship building and problem resolution
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is preferred
