Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manager, Operations Training to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System and creating engaging training content for Team Members and Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop eLearning training programs to support onboarding and ongoing training for restaurant learners.
  • Manage the Learning Management System, including design, user experience, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely training materials.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine effective training approaches.
  • Champion the training process to ensure timely delivery of materials to restaurant teams.
  • Work with vendors and partners to deliver cost-effective training solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct intake of information and approval from key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in communication, training, or a related field.
  • University degree in communications, business, hospitality, education, or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in instructional design, creating training content, or communication.
  • Ability to establish and build effective relationships and work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information to identify issues and prescribe effective training solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to negotiate, present, and interact with others.
