Job Title: National Sales Manager

Michael Page International Canada Limited is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase product sales through various distribution channels by visiting distributor corporate and branch locations.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Oversee manufacturer's representative and direct sales employee activities to expand the target market channel.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet and exceed established sales budget.
  • Pricing Strategies: Collaborate with the Pricing Manager on pricing strategies for product lines.
  • Account Management: Handle designated accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement regional & national customer marketing plans.
  • Reporting: The role reports into the GM- Canada.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant sales experience in the HVAC sector.
  • Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing sales for a region and/or division within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of HVAC/R products.
  • Work Environment: Ability to deliver in a high-paced work environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
