Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue through various distribution channels.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand the target market channel.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Manager to develop pricing strategies for product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience in the HVAC sector.
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales for a region and/or division within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/R products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.
