Sales and Marketing Director

Amenida Senior's Community is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy to achieve 100% occupancy at our community. You will generate leads, conduct tours, and complete enrollments to ensure our community is fully utilized.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute sales and marketing strategy to achieve occupancy goals
  • Generate leads, conduct tours, and complete enrollments
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans in line with strategic goals
  • Maintain an accurate record of all tours, sales calls, names, phone numbers, and results
  • Build community outreach by working independently in the community, initiating contacts, creating goodwill, and programming recommendations to ensure relevance

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create content for marketing collateral, including brochures, direct mail pieces, print advertisements, web copy, customer success stories, news stories, newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and media pitches
  • Act as a storyteller by creating and curating shareable content for web, social, and offline initiatives
  • Manage Amenida Senior Community's social media engagement, including conversations, feedback, and questions, identifying any that would require attention
  • Enhance and streamline sales, marketing, customer service processes
  • Participate in the Quality Improvement Program

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing Managerial role from the Senior's Home and Retirement Industry. A Diploma or Degree from a recognized College or University in Marketing or Business is required. Fluency in Korean and Chinese language is required (in addition to English).
