Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our Sales department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle telephone calls with poise and efficiency, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Take thorough messages and ensure they reach the intended recipient, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Perform various clerical and accounting duties as assigned, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on procedural changes and dealership policies, applying this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate versatility and the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Present a professional personal appearance, adhering to company dress code standards.
  • Exhibit strong customer relation skills, including active listening and empathy.
  • Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with all teams and department levels.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Possess basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Work well in an active, social atmosphere, remaining composed under pressure.
  • Exhibit a professional and confident attitude, embodying the values of OpenRoad Auto Group.
  • Hold a high school education or equivalent work experience, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
