Reception Associate

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by directing customers to the correct department or personnel, and handling telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership and provide the highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.

About You:

  • You have excellent customer relation skills and the ability to work well with both internal and external customers.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have demonstrated computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • You are a team player with a professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills, and the ability to work in an active, social atmosphere.
  • You have a completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.
