Position Overview

The role of a Food Counter Attendant at HiFive Chicken involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Prepare and arrange clean dishes, utensils, and other dining essentials for customers.
  • Sanitation: Regularly clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other necessary supplies at dining and serving stations.
  • Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of food usage and stock levels.
  • Take-Out Service: Package food for take-out orders efficiently.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap food items as required.
  • Stocking: Ensure refrigerators and salad bars are well-stocked with fresh items.
  • Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Cleaning Supplies Management: Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Supply Reception: Receive, unpack, and store incoming supplies in appropriate storage areas.
