Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Audi Boundary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notify the appropriate Product/Service Advisor that a customer is waiting, or introduce the customers to advisor.
- Phone Handling: Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person. Handle telephone calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by Management. Add and update customer information in CRMs. Stay up to date on procedural changes for each dealership.
- Customer Retention: Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Teamwork: Ability to work and function with all work teams and all department levels.
- Education: Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Ability to be versatile in working with changing priorities of position responsibilities, and ability to multitask. Professional personal appearance. Strong customer relation skills, and ability to work well with both internal and external customers, ensuring all guests are helped. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills over the phone and in person. Organized and detail oriented. Demonstrated computer skills – MS Word and Excel.
- Language: A second language is ideal or preferred.
