Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reception Associate to join our team at OpenRoad Volkswagen Burnaby. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, minimizing hold times
  • Take thorough messages and ensure they are delivered to the correct party
  • Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by management
  • Stay up-to-date on procedural changes and dealership policies
  • Provide highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
