Sales Lead for Small and Medium Business Modern Work

The Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) organization at Microsoft helps businesses achieve their digital transformation and business goals by providing Microsoft solutions and partnering with customers. Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team and drive growth across Biz Apps Solution Areas in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in Information Technology products and services.
Responsibilities- Lead fiscal year business planning for SMB, defining key details of execution plans and ensuring key stakeholders are aligned.
- Drive action with counterparts across the business, applying knowledge of local markets to develop business strategies and determine optimal routes to market.
- Facilitate collaboration across internal cross-functional stakeholders, developing expertise in the local partner ecosystem to identify opportunities to improve sales revenue.
- Manage SMB business plans, key solution plays, and program offerings within local markets, working with virtual team stakeholders to identify needs for additional capacity or capabilities.
- Evaluate customer and/or partner program performance across a local market, applying performance insights to influence investment decisions and optimize returns.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years relevant Sales or Marketing experience with Information Technology products and/or services.
- Strong understanding of local markets, partner ecosystems, and sales revenue opportunities.
At Microsoft, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of CAD $102,300 - CAD $168,300 per year.
