Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Lead to join our team and drive growth across Biz Apps Solution Areas in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in Information Technology products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead fiscal year business planning for SMB, defining key details of execution plans and ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Evaluate SMB segment performance against growth targets and optimize return on investment (ROI) and spend.
  • Drive action with counterparts across the business, developing business strategies and determining optimal routes to market for achieving revenue targets. Build execution plans for sales engines, define plan priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide coaching and guidance on plan details for SMB stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across a v-team of internal cross-functional stakeholders, developing expertise in the local partner ecosystem to identify opportunities to improve sales revenue. Set expectations that support alignment on business plans within markets and/or Solution Areas.
  • Share local market insights, leveraging SMB assets, local market expertise, marketing campaigns, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and customer plays that drive revenue growth and customer adds. Proactively benchmark data from local markets against global data and apply expertise in local markets to gain insights that drive opportunity development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years relevant Sales or Marketing experience with Information Technology products and/or services.
  • OR equivalent experience.
