We invite you to become part of our team as a Temporary Full-time Healthcare Administration Intern, where you will contribute to our Programs at the Wilson site. This position encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, offering meeting assistance, and engaging in special projects.

  • Support program-related tasks
  • Facilitate meeting arrangements and calendar management
  • Assist with front desk operations
  • Perform administrative duties for the leadership team
  • Report directly to Program Directors
  • Manage responsibilities related to special projects

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles
  • Preference for local candidates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
