**Responsibilities**:
**Clinical Expertise & Patient Care**
- Provide high-quality medical and aesthetic services in accordance with clinic protocols and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patient needs and goals related to aesthetics and general healthcare.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
**Continuous Learning & Innovation**
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and healthcare to enhance service offerings.
- Participate in continuous education programs, workshops, and seminars to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
**Team Collaboration & Leadership**
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including other physicians, nurses, aestheticians, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Mentor and support staff in developing their skills and knowledge in aesthetic medicine and patient care.
**Quality Improvement & Standards Compliance**
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
**Patient Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address patient concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service and care.
**Business Development & Growth**
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth by participating in marketing and outreach activities.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and enhancing the clinic’s reputation and success.
**Community Engagement & Diversity Celebration**
- Engage with the community to promote health, wellness, and the benefits of aesthetic services.
- Embrace and promote the clinic’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the success stories of IMGs.
**Operational Excellence**
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all clinical practices are in line with the clinic’s business and service standards.

**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a medical setting, such as hospitals or clinics, is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
- Knowledge of patient care principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Strong research skills and the ability to contribute to scientific studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
