Job Summary:

The Dean Group is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Services Manager to oversee the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty. This pivotal role is responsible for supervising the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty who are looking for financial reimbursement from the Compensation Fund.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for working closely with Finance and external actuaries and auditors to adhere to policy standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working within a regulatory body, general practice, or compensation area. Experience in financial reporting and managing a multi-million dollar fund is also an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty
  • Work closely with Finance and external actuaries and auditors to adhere to policy standards
  • Manage a multi-million dollar fund
  • Oversee grants or scholarships (asset)
  • Ensure strong attention to detail and effective communication
