**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Services Manager to join our team at Dean Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty who are seeking financial reimbursement from the Compensation Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty
  • Work closely with Finance and external actuaries and auditors to adhere to policy standards
  • Oversee the claims process for victims and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with the Director of Regulatory Services to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Manage a team of regulatory compliance officers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • LLB or CPA designation
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working within a regulatory body, general practice, or compensation area
  • Experience overseeing grants or scholarships is an asset
  • Experience in financial reporting and managing a multi-million dollar fund
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
