Job Title: Manager, Regulatory Services Compensation Fund

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Regulatory Services Compensation Fund. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty who are seeking financial reimbursement from the Compensation Fund.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the administration and evaluation of claims from victims of licensee dishonesty
* Work closely with Finance and external actuaries and auditors to adhere to policy standards
* Oversee the claims process for victims
* Collaborate with the Director of Regulatory Services to ensure effective management of the Compensation Fund

Requirements:

* A minimum of 10 years of experience working within a regulatory body, general practice, or compensation area
* A licensed LLB or CPA designation
* Experience in financial reporting and managing a multi-million dollar fund
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
