- Address and resolve workplace challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Organize maintenance and repair services for office facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
- Engage with clients post-sale to provide continuous support.
- Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures.
- Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Microsoft Publisher.
- Must pass a criminal record check.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrates flexibility and initiative.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- A true team player.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
- Permanent position with a work schedule of 35 to 38 hours per week.
