Position Overview:
As an integral part of the Compounding team, you will ensure optimal manufacturing efficiencies while producing high-quality products in a safe and organized environment.

Shift Details:
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:45 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist compounders by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of raw materials.
  • Verify that all materials are accurately pulled from the warehouse, matching part numbers and quantities listed on the pull sheet.
  • Take responsibility for all materials issued or transferred.
  • Review the route sheet for any special instructions or documentation requirements.
  • Supply the production floor with necessary raw materials for batching processes.
  • Maintain communication with warehouse staff regarding raw material needs.
  • Clean and transport all totes to and from designated washout areas as required.
  • Ensure all raw material containers are properly sealed when stored.
  • Return all unused raw materials to the warehouse or designated racks, ensuring they are labeled with legible barcodes.
  • Confirm that the quantity of returned materials aligns with the system records, documenting any discrepancies.
  • Handle the connection of totes and the emptying of tanks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness by managing waste disposal throughout the shift and at the end of the day.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a compounding department is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating reach and walkie forklifts.
  • Experience with reach lifts and walkies is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
