About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Success department at Jobber. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our hundreds of thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat, phone, and email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and provide solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Jobber's features and functionality, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Technical, to gather feedback and insights from customers, and to drive product development and improvement.
  • Participate in onboarding new users and companies, providing training and support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and user guides, to support customer self-service and reduce support queries.
