About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at G&M Gears International Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Task Management
    • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
    • Work a standard 35-40 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
