Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new office management procedures.
  • Assess and refine existing administrative processes.
  • Assign tasks to support staff effectively.
  • Set work priorities to ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Oversee various administrative functions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including logistics, equipment procurement, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operational budget while maintaining financial oversight.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Provide training and support to staff members.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Google Drive.
