- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Security and Safety
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff by following established protocols
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work a regular 35-hour week with occasional overtime as needed
