Position Overview

The Store Manager at Kravings Diner Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail establishment, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Product Selection: Identify and procure merchandise and services that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Locate and select products for resale, maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Staffing Needs: Assess and determine staffing requirements to meet operational demands.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Recruitment: Engage in the hiring and supervision of staff and/or volunteers.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
