Position Overview

The Store Manager at Kravings Diner Inc. plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our retail establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and assign tasks to staff members to optimize productivity.
  • Merchandise Management: Identify and select products and services to be offered in the store.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales.
  • Procurement: Source and acquire merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and value.
  • Staffing Needs: Assess and determine the staffing requirements for the store.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Recruitment: Attract, hire, and mentor staff and volunteers.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the store.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a managerial role.
