- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure seamless customer experience
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and organize daily store operations to meet sales and customer service goals
- Staff Management
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members to ensure efficient store operations
- Merchandise and Services
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold in the store, in line with company goals and objectives
- Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to attract customers and drive sales
- Financial Management
- Plan and manage store budgets to ensure profitability and meet sales targets
- Monitor revenues and expenses to identify areas for cost reduction and improvement
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and exceed customer expectations
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Schedule
- 35 to 40 hours per week
