Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CAFÉ LANDWER. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Health Care Plan: Enjoy comprehensive health care coverage as part of our employee benefits package.
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent full-time position with a regular schedule.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours: Work a regular 40-50 hour week, with opportunities for overtime.
