About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet their needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the Branch's sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, promoting Scotiabank's products and services to customers.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and digital banking solutions, providing expert advice and support to customers to help them manage their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital banking solutions and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
