Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with them.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Discovering and understanding our customers' needs and providing personalized solutions
- Processing day-to-day transactions and managing customer accounts
- Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow their business with us
- Contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Staying up-to-date with our products and services and promoting them to customers
What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
