Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and promoting our company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Assess customer rental needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effectively market our company, promoting our services and products to customers.
  • Perform various administrative and accounting functions, including research, billing support, and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must live in or be moving to Kenora within 30 days.
